Reasonably good for giving holiday as and when requested.

Cons

Can give too much work for one person to do, but give not enough work for 2 people (who work in the same area) to do.

Pros

Good amount of hours offered and on very flexible contract. On more than one occasion was paid more than what I should have! Paid travel expenses.

Cons

I was never guaranteed any hours with the company although I was only a part time employee at Regent Cleaning. Some of the major local local contracts were lost to other companies.
