Cons

communication is the downside, they should improve on communication, as well as, making sure that, they do not lose out empoyees are they are fundamental to the success of the company.

Pros

Good amount of hours offered and on very flexible contract. On more than one occasion was paid more than what I should have! Paid travel expenses.

Cons

I was never guaranteed any hours with the company although I was only a part time employee at Regent Cleaning. Some of the major local local contracts were lost to other companies.
