- Salary not as per Industry standards for Associates - Hike is not great

Lot of benefits: Massage, PS4, team building, smart colleagues, table tennis, private health insurance, cantine meals paid by company, mobile phone

Cons

No wage increase or insignificant one, career advancement opportunities, cars are available just for friends of manager, lot of unfairness, managers do HR jobs...
