* Work-Life Balance: that's one of the strongest advantages, with flexible working times (and so far) flexibility to work in the office. * Focus on AI in 2024: more investment from leadership * Great environment: very nice colleagues, culture is overall very friendly and non-toxic

Cons

* Depending on the teams, the working environment can be unambitious * SAP is not an AI company so the focus is more on integration and with a few exceptional projects the latest and greatest innovations in AI is often not coming from SAP (not necessarily bad but something to think about) * Salary is decent but can be under market value
