Pros

*Brand recognition looks impressive from the outside. *Some talented colleagues, though many are burned out quickly.

Cons

*The unspoken rule you need to give “200%” to the company which sets the expectation of constant overwork and intense pressure leading to big stress. *The company culture is toxic and broken. Instead of collaboration, people compete internally, undermining each other to get ahead. *The company hides behind flashy marketing and “cool branding”, but the reality inside is completely different — rotten to the core. * Salaries are mediocre. Frugality is the guiding principle of the whole company. *Customer satisfaction is not a priority. Most of the time they don't comeback after initial interest. *Leadership seems more interested in appearances and co-circular activities than in building a sustainable business or treating employees and customers with respect.
