      Portfolio of products, ability to know a lot about a big variety of solutions and get trainings Ability to make your own agenda Good salaries and good benefits Access to good hardware, tablets, phones and overall good work comfort Strategy is consistent

      Sometimes hard to identify how to progress in your career Solutions can be complex, with a lot of platforms to deal with Management can be just a wheel transmitter that adds complexity and brings no added value Reporting can be cumbersome Processes can be sometimes heavy

      Great brand recognition Looks good on a resume A lot of opportunity to learn new technology and experience new roles Base level salary is higher than most

      Cons

      There tends to be a "what have you done for me lately" attitude on the Sales side which results in a lot of talented people being let go due to a perceived lack of performance. It's very easy to be "type-cast" into a role and not be able to get out of it Out of sight means out of mind and employees are expected to sell themsleves internally to get on deals
