There is a free lunch

Cons

Commission pay outs are constant battle. Does not reward good sales behaviour. Once in pay rises are way below inflation 1% average. Is behind every major other technology company on compensation. Uncomfortable work culture

Great place to improve your customer service skills .

Cons

The package is not the best. Salaries are low and you must speak three languages (English, Spanish and Portuguese) fluently.
