Pros
The leadership and management at Concur is absolutely amazing. While working there, it became very obvious why Concur is so successful. This company has excellent vision, takes great strategic steps in the market, and embraces innovation. I worked in the Expense product line in the technology group. I loved everything about this company. The work-life balance is embraced and the company embraces the understanding that employees have families that are important to them.
Cons
Concur struggles to attract top talent because companies like Amazon and Google are just throwing money at engineers to bring them on. Concur pays well, but they concentrate on the other benefits of having a career. I do wish they were able to pay more competitively in the market but, again, working there is so enjoyable it pretty much makes up for it.
