      - Culture is great. Everybody will try and help. Opposite of many companies I worked for. Growth culture - they live to see you get better and help take small steps to achieve your goals

      Cons

      I like my salary, but wish pay was a bit higher. Salary not keeping up with inflation.

      The events are well managed , marketing works

      Lack of good leadership , micromanagement , employee morale is low, communication from leadership is diminishing towards employees , a lot of pressure for numbers, employees fighting with each other , lack of diversity on leadership , masculine old fashion way to manage, sounds like an army of yes sir , no respect towards women, inappropriate jokes and no respectful behaviour towards women is tolerated, making the numbers justify aggressive and inappropriate behaviour

      Declining/stagnating benefits over time, career progression can hit a ceiling, coming to the office is being pushed top-down
