      Amazing work-life balance, a place that truly cares about its people. They take massive steps towards LGBTQ equality, workplace diversity, increasing women in leadership and community stewardship. It feels like your coworkers are your family. The pace is fast and innovation is constant. Managers work hard to develop your career alongside you, driving new professional and personal growth opportunities.

      Cons

      Being owned by a larger company sometimes has its downfalls when the two organizations don't align. There are multiple systems to use and problems with basic systems access at times, as well as long-term strategy that we must concede to.

      As the Concur system is always evolving, so are the teams employed to support it. Due to the constant change there are not many processes in place so employees expertise can vary.

      Cons

      This company is purely and simply wind. You will have to get a stupid training which is totally disconnected with the tasks you will have during your "work". After being totally brain washed, you will discover that there is NONE interest in taking calls, their system is awful. This american company, which is "helping companies to reduce costs and time" for the travel expenses and whatsoever, finally, will make the employees losing their time calling stupid Hot line with stupid questions regarding stupid processes on an awful software with stupid policies from stupid IT department. Basically, you will have to deal with non professional people. You will lose your time. There is no team spirit. Supervisors don't care. This is the worst company you can find in Prague (with an outrageous American mentality --Redneck--) Even Bluelink is better. Oh! And if you have the privilege to assist on a team meeting, you will love the stupid powerpoint presentation. And people dance before the beginning of meeting, laughing with more than basic jokes. Please run. There is no future in that call center.
