      Great Benefits (Health card, Medical reimbursement, Maternity Benefits etc.) Company events that promotes work life balance Great people and culture

      Pros

      The old guard of Concur employees who want the company to succeed, are innovative and collaborative. It was a fun ride and learned a lot but is changing fast.

      Cons

      The environment turned negative recently and need to watch your back. The focus is entirely on making pipeline goals at any cost. A majority of the new Senior Leaders are from Microsoft and while polished and impressive to other executives since promote themselves well, do not support their team. They are pushing the old Concur employees out to bring in more Microsoft since only comfortable doing things their way. If you do not do things the Microsoft way they will call you out. If you are not someone they have worked for at Microsoft forget any career progression.

      Pros

      The training I received at hire was beyond impressive. They set me up from success from the very beginning. Once the 'training wheels' came off, there was still SO much to learn, however between internal resources (video's, documents, recorded calls, etc) and team mates I never fall short on being able to find the answer. Coworkers are awesome as everyone really is in it together and the company supports, motivates and inspires their employees at every level. I love it so much I have referred positions to friends!

      Cons

      There's a gap between what is sold to what can actually be done. Other than that - no cons as this is a GREAT company to work for!
