      Pros

      Lots of free time if you are able to do your job.

      Cons

      Job gets boring in less than 6 months, though an IT company most people have no IT skills, not suitable for long term.

      Pros

      Great opportunities if you are in sales.

      Cons

      Plays favorites, if you are a female it is really hard to get opportunities now that they are owned by SAP. SAP leaders slowly taking over and changing culture. Want it to be a do it yourself culture where no real human actually is willing to help. Concur never used to be that way.

      Work at home, flexible hours, great co-workers.

      Cons

      Lack of career growth unless you: want to move into management or have a masters in some computer technology design. A lot of systems positions - the higher level ones are in Europe.
