Pros
Such a positive atmosphere. Employees seem genuinely happy, and the growth opportunity is huge. There's a $50 each monthly parking subsidy and cell phone allowance for Bellevue employees. Decent work-life balance and the ability to set your own schedule if you're getting your work done. I clearly understand the company's goals and direction (and believe in them), and know how to tie my work to where we're going as a company.
Cons
Weaker 401(k) than anywhere else I've worked, and onboarding could use quite a bit of attention. I spent many hours my first few weeks attempting to find and learn things that have always been covered during onboarding at other companies where I've worked. This also consumed my coworkers' time and ultimately is costing Concur a lot of money. The navigation between the Concur intranet and SAP intranet is clunky and needs refining. Hopefully that will happen as the companies work more to come together.
