      Really nice environment, lots of benefits, friendly colleagues.

      Anarchy, chaos, if you want to find who is responsible for a certain area, mostly you will not find her, processes are based on corridor gossips, "We don't want to change it, because we do it on this way for a long time"

      Pros

      When I joined, someone told me that if you don't like what you're working on today, don't worry - it's all going to change in six months. If you do like what you're working on today, really sorry - it's all going to change in six months. This is a company for people who like change, and want to make a difference.

      Cons

      Big time divisions with the west coast of the US which can make it slow to get answers. This is improving as we advance our architecture and build the European R&D teams.
