      Pros

      - Massive SaaS end user community - Great core SaaS products (Expense and Travel) - market leading - Game changing new products (Platform, TripLink etc.) - Really gets SaaS (delivery, development, upgrades etc.)

      Cons

      - fairly US Centric, could do more on meeting product localisation needs - more quickly - some internal systems could be improved (information sharing/collaboration)

      Pros

      Fast paced, innovative, value driven company. The executives really believe in the company and in building a company based on core values and not just for the sake of making money.

      Cons

      Concur is expanding rapidly. Which results in the need to change everything - infrastructure, methods, processes. Lots of change but the executives are going about it in the right way. If you value being at the forefront of new innovations this is the place to be. If you want to sit quietly and hate change then I could see this being the wrong environment for you.

      Empowers and believes on their people. Great and rewarding culture. A lot of opportunities for growth. Senior management up to executive management are always there to listen.

      Cons

      Very minimal cons. All are positive and those will be hard to maintain.
