      Good solution. Strong customer base in what is still a niche market Good access to marketing funds Respect for work/life balance

      Cons

      EMEA market is not well understood by senior management Too much emphasis on keeping CRM up to date. Limited career opportunities No flexible working Office is in a poor location

      Pros

      -The company is growing very quickly!! -Great compensation and benefits -People are nice and willing to help each other -Room to grow either into a leadership role or other areas at Concur -Fantastic company culture! -Plenty of PTO -Awards trips -Small company so everyone knows who you are across the country.

      Cons

      -Company is growing quickly and some can't keep up. Things change quickly and you have to be willing to change with it. I enjoy this but some don't. -Since the growth is rapid, the company is trying to hiring quickly to support the growth. Sometimes you seem strapped for time and resources but they are getting there. I think this is a challenge for any growing company. They want to protect their culture... so they don't hire just to hire, they make sure to hire the right people.
