Business Outlook
Pros
Ability to work independently, manage your own schedule, and be measured on more than just your "number". Leadership in the SC org genuinely cares about you, but is relatively hands-off. Pay is fair and benefits have gotten better with SAP acquisition.
Cons
Innovation in the product has slowed down. Will need to invest in product development to continue to capture market share above the competition. Pretty continuos shake-ups in upper and middle management. Sometimes for the best, sometimes not. Management promotions (throughout sales) sometimes based on favoritism or who's "turn" it is, which can result in pretty inconsistent leadership standards.
