      - People is great - Work environment is fun - Salaries and benefits are very good - Company culture is enjoyable if you wish to participate of it - It is full of opportunities to grow

      - There are better salary payers (but usually are more stressful or unstable). - Some employees have a 'silo' attitude that is slowly changing, but still present. - Development is sometimes not very focused on Clients but themselves and their projects.
