      Pros

      Enabling culture, if you would like to develop in your career they provide the tools and support you need. High level of trust from upper management. Open, friendly approach and pleasant work environment.

      Cons

      It's a fast growing company which brings an ever changing environment with the need to identify multiple processes. Some teams have remote managers which can be difficult if you never worked independently or with minimal supervision.

      Pros

      Great friendly working environment, team spirit, good place for developing long term career, enough opportunities to learn new things, good benefit package.

      Cons

      This is rapidly growing business which brings a lot of challenges on the place: a lot of changes, many processes and other things need to be set up, most of the functions have to work with little supervision - obviously that is not a kind of environment that everybody can work in.
