Business Outlook
Pros
Good money, multicultural environment, real scrum, life/work balance, ability to recreate something from scratch (not usual in companies this big) -> ability to use new technologies, support from management, great people in general, cool benefits.
Cons
Some codebase is really old (dead technology) but is must be bug fixed, open space (I prefer more quiet workplace), every change takes lot of time (but that's normal in big companies)
