Pros
Decent pay. Good Benefits. Amazing vacation (21-24 days a year. plus 3-5 to volunteer at a non-profit of your choice.)
Cons
If you make a mistake. They will terminate you ASAP. I was dismissed via phone text over a weekend by my bosses boss. I had never met him or had previous contact. I was in another state, out of good cell phone coverage. I was let go for "misconduct" (improper use of email). This was my 1st offence ever. I was not given a reprimand or warning. Just, "... you're gone, we'll send a courier to collect your laptop and all other company property. Don't show up here again."
