      Company is growing really fast now, so it can be a chance for those that are on the right place now to build a career.

      Cons

      Looking for the information/procedure can get very tedious and time consuming. Training is on-the-fly.

      Pros

      Friendly people, located in a great city (Eden Prairie), nice outdoor area for lunch/social hours

      Cons

      Unsightly work environment (all cement building, layout leaves for no interaction between coworkers/different teams), very difficult to either move up in your current role or to advance to a different department
