Pros

There are some really great people at Concur. And some of the incentives are excellent.

Cons

No structure and a lot of incompetent people in decision making positions. They screw up peoples pay, they don't reward high performers and they rarely hire internally.

Pros

Fun and fast paced environment with a lot of freedom to do things the way you want as long as its within your scope. Lots of chances to talk to higher ups and move up the chain quickly within the ranks. Most people here really like being here and the environment is helpful in guiding people to be better.

Cons

Some of the people around you can be distracting and counterproductive with gossip and doing nonproductive tasks but nothing out of order from any big corporation.
