Pros
It's rare to find a successful company where the three founders are not only still at the company 20 years later, but are actively engaged and involved with the daily operations and strategy of the business. There is a real effort to maintain a strong culture and adhere to company values, which isn't always easy or successful with 4000 employees. Not every effort is a success and I'm sure others have had weaker managers, but when you look across this business as a whole, it's a unique place to work.
Cons
It's a very distributed workforce which is a change from the business just five years ago. A lot of the growth is in other states or countries, so if you're someone who needs to feel like you are sitting next to all of your important colleagues, you may not be comfortable. End of the year raises and bonuses seems to be a bit disorganized which is probably related to the rapid growth and trying to manage that with new systems.
