      Pros

      Good work life balance. Free snacks and drinks. Smart people to work with. Time-off isn't bad.

      Cons

      Lack of momentum. Poor upper management. Company culture is depressing with so many recent departures. Compensation is average and benefits are at the lower end of average.

      Exceptionally fast paced innovative organisation where no two days are the same! Great team atmosphere, especially from within the business units. The business has its aches and pains from growing so quickly, but its something the leadership are aware of and seeing how things can be fixed

      Cons

      Where the company has grown, the internal processes and systems need to be reviewed, but this happening!
