Change is constant as the company is merging further with SAP, be sure you are good at adapting if you are to join. A lot of headcount movement with difficulty in getting backfills. How they onboard people is a disaster. Internal process is unclear and changes often. Expect to spend long hours taking care of procedures and even finding out the team in charge or related documents, instead of doing real work.
