      Pros

      Great culture, great product and great people. You wont work for many companies better than this one.

      Cons

      Comp is not competitive with other cloud solution companies. Unless you live in Washington, expect a long road to being promoted. Senior managers getting promoted perenially.

      Decent pay, good training, looks good on a resume.

      Cons

      Very micromanaged. Truly a sales model where some territories can't help but sell and others are so awful they are lucky to get to 50% of their number. Not a lot of room for advancement and even if you do, most people leave after a year or so.
