      The Quality Assurance group is Incompetent

      The company is a market leader in travel and expense software

      Cons

      The senior qa management is incompetent not a single one of them have any experience running a qa org. They act as a know it all but their reports actually laugh at their incompetency. I did not get any direction or support from my management and I was promised the world and when i delivered, the promises vanished.If incompetency was bad enough the management actually horrible at listening to their reports and acting on it. Never een such low morale among the employees as I have seen with the qa team at concur.

      Pros

      GDSX is a a close-knit community where everyone is respected and nearly everyone is a high performer. Management is attentive and fair and is always looking to grow and learn.

      Cons

      Since it is a small company there is not a lot of room for career growth. You are pretty much stuck at your current position unless someone leaves or gets promoted.
