      Pros

      Flexibility on working from home/hours. Genuinly great, fun people to work with. Respect for everyone. Charismatic, clever leadership. Exciting growth which is offering opportunities to travel and grow the job that you are in or to move up. Great products and great customer relationships.

      Cons

      Some over engineered processes. Overall a top place to work.

      Pros

      Heated ping-pong battles are a common occurrence. Management are all incredibly knowledgeable. Employees jump at the chance to help each other. Everyone is friendly.

      Cons

      Cubes everywhere. Often too dark. Older employees => older technology. Bureaucracy. More of a sales company than software development company.
