Remote work, they dont care what you do during the day good stock options
Cons
Absolutely no reason to work here past 2024 - they got rid of anything that would motivate you to sell. promote off personality. They decide the 5-10 people they want to do well and ensure they do well by routing leads to those people only, then tell the others that dont get bigger opps routed to them that they need to be more positive and it will come to them. Extreme lack in sales leadership.
