Salary increases are abysmal, and not on par with our competitors. Hardly any room for promotions. SR Leadership doesn't listen to the employee engagement survey, and only talks about the very few positive feedback. Very green middle management, and doesn't do a lot to improve their people skills, so it tends to fall into a mico-managing type style that no one works well under. Sr leaders keep getting promoted and raises, and the ICs get told basically "in this economy be grateful you have a job"
