      Great company with a board that double speaks

      Pros

      Culture is great, individual teams care for the employees.

      Cons

      Board uses a "Pledge to Flex" to mandate return to office. They use "People First" to ignore all feedback, and are probably going to use this RTO to force more turnover. Initiatives with the company are contradictory and change monthly, poor planning for all upper management.
