Every day at Fieldglass is a new day due to its diversity. This makes work life interesting and makes us learn something new frequently. SAP and SAP Fieldglass provides great opportunity to learn and explore SAP Fieldglass management team takes care of every team member needs. The whole team is very nice and very friendly to work with SAP Fieldglass provodes lots of opportunities to learn and contribute SAP Fieldglass management team picks up and reviews any suggestions provided by employees immediately.

Cons

To understand the work culture and the diversity of the application it takes some time of 6 months to 1 year as its vast. Once we get hands on it, we can do better and think from innovation perspective.
