      - Good primary and secondary benefits - Processes and standardization may improve internal & external service quality in the long run - Positive image to the outside world/external contacts

      Cons

      - Always strictly business -Revenue and process driven with major focus on cost saving --> the human turns into a cost factor - Quite unpersonal and top-to-bottom communication with little impact from the bottom - Too much unnessecary internal communication interrupting processes and daily work

      Pros

      Great facilities, benefits, and work atmosphere. There are opportunities to grow your career abroad in many different places. Great communication from Senior level. SAP is great to have on resume. Lots of opportunity to move horizontally in career.

      Cons

      You can get stuck in a position if you don't take the initiative to move up or move on. The company is pretty "fat" when it comes to employees and productivity. When they realize this they may be headed for more job cuts.
