Great place to work, terrible role to develop your career with

Pros

SAP in general is such a great place to work. SAP Labs Korea is full of smart people where you can learn tons. Compensation is not bad.

Cons

Specifically for the role "Support Engineer." this is where you end your career. No room for career development. I'm not talking about other roles like cloud architect, presales engineer, and sales positions. Support engineers in R&D team (HANA) suck. If you are young looking for career development, this is the worst place to start.

The facilities , work culture , work life balance and almost everything is amazing about this company.

Cons

The salary is comparable to service based companies after some years of experience. At the beginning , it's high .
