Compensation could be increased and more incentives / perks to be provided for employees. Process driven organization due to its big headcount and a few processes take time to be completed

Best place to work. Good compensation. good bonus. Very flexible. No pressure from senior management. Best place to launch your career.

Cons

Flat hierarchy. Getting to a higher position takes time. Development cycles are long and hence some times it takes a year to see how your product has come out and how useful it is to the market

Slow , Bad middle management , Resistant to change , Not enough done to grow enough ABAP developers and ecosystem outside the company. Hiring more than required and keeping employees idle.
