It's a job and you get a paycheck.

Cons

There is no appreciation for employees, they don't even give you a keyboard or a mouse, you are required to purchase it with your own money. Super cheap. They have recognition for Executives only but not Employees or Contractors. Horrible cutler super frugal. Don't have enough staff on accounts to manage it properly and deliver to customer expectation.

Great pay, mentors aren’t hard to find (or they’ll find you), great place to grow if you’re finding your bearings in IT, work/life balance, fully remote (for now), surrounded by professionals through and through.

Cons

I have seen quite a lot of employee turnover.
