The multicultural environment. The working culture. The benefits. Company parties, volunteer days, social responsibility encouragement. Flexible working hours and home office.

Cons

The job I do includes a wide range of activities and in many cases, it's not clear what you are responsible for. Bad incident/problem and change management (only total outages are cared about) probably because this is more a SW development company. No clear SLAs and OLAs.
