The recent layoffs have led to the dissolution or significant downsizing of internal teams that once supported sales, causing delays and inefficiencies. Many of the most experienced members were lost through layoffs or early retirements, leaving the remaining staff without proper training or guidance. As a result, pricing, contracting, and legal review processes are being slowed by inexperience and understaffing, delaying deal execution and bookings. All of this extra effort, with no commission payoff, has become frustrating. On top of that, sales quotas have increased significantly while the payout program has decreased, making it increasingly difficult to justify staying with the company.

Salary is alright, definitely a bit lower than market but may get compensated with benefits and bonus
