This his been a known problem for years, and always impacts project success, yet management puts very little time and effort into solving this issue. -Over 100,000 employees. You are just a name on a spreadsheet -SAP has a number of incredible products. They also have many applications that make zero sense to end user. It's difficult to effectively use many of their applications, even for SAP employees -Too many org/changes, strategy adjustments, new leadership, etc. Not much consistency
