      Pros

      Office infrastructure is good. Some benefits, like the car lease policy, and the Cafeteria Food is good

      Cons

      Many cons 1. Salary is below the industry average 2. No Career growth if you are not a manager's pet 3. Most of the People managers are from ages and more interested in Real estate than the company. 4. Old technology 5. No Innovation I can write many, but I'm just telling you one thing: if you joined as a fresher, then be a manager's pet. If you joined as a lateral, then leave ASAP because managers are real hypocrites here.
