- you get plenty of time to complete the work - Flexible work from home options - lot of opportunities for fellowships - people are friendly and helpful - good work life balance - lot of fun activities oraganized for employee and their family

Cons

- compensation is very poor for the standards of Bay area - No learning from work after few months - Tech stack is still old - Managers are not clear about the goals and often keep repeating whatever the upper management says - every team has a resource crunch always - Food from foccacia sucks (successfactors SSF)
