Pros
I worked it a team which did product development. I cannot speak for customer support or consulting teams. The culture is refreshing open. Managers can be called out without taking it personally. If you are reasonably talented, there is a great degree of freedom over you job. The pay is not stellar, but you will be comfortable. There are a whole lot of learning opportunites, if you choose to exploit them. The teams and work is generally stable.
Cons
Too much bureaucracy, depending on the team. Complacent colleagues, again depends on the team.
