      Great. Office, great employees, good to non sales staff.

      Cons

      Sales reps are not respected. They are seen as disposable batteries.

      Pros

      A stable company which - more or less - respects its employees. We produce good software, I truly believe it, I saw it at customers in my previous job. Work-life balance can be realized here. I highly appreciate the corporate culture.

      Cons

      A real giant, which transforms slowly. Not easy to get an approval (thanks God not everything needs approval). Too many turnbacks in strategy; constant reorganizations.

      Pros

      Free gym membership with classes for employees, stipend towards lunch, corp. activities are fun company picnics, christmas parties etc. Many opportunities to network and meet successful people.

      Cons

      Too many part time employees - interns, contract workers etc. No formal training to start out in a large and complicated corp. most of the learning (if you are not in IT) comes from your own network you build. HR is unresponsive and removed, getting a raise is difficult, constant layoffs are always a concern.
