      Pros

      Flexiblility, Respect for employees, challenging work assignments, transparency in terms of processes and structure and diverse opportunities for employee growth.

      Cons

      There is a gap between strategy and execution. SAP also lacks the aggression its competitors have. It is risk averse.

      Pros

      Flexible Timings No dress code. Free Lunch and Dinner Gives much importance to fun activities. Many team outings . . Team Lunch @ BBQ and many other awesome restaurants. Play TT, Basket ball, Foot ball and what not . Many competitions will be happening so often MD sends a mail on your Birthday .<just to another point > :P one liner : its not a service company :P
