Pros

The benefit package is great. The work is challenging and engaging. There is an opportunity to meet and work with good people. Working for SAP looks great on a resume.

Cons

No work life balance. Consultants are expected to have 20 days of training a year, travel on their own time and still bill 40 hours a week and maintain a 90% utilization level. Expense polices do nothing to make life on the road easier for the consultant. There is no cost of living allowance or adjustment for exchange rate issues in the per diem for high priced areas such as Paris, France or New York City. It seems that margin is more important employees.
