      Pros

      Professional yet not impersonal. SAP has a strong vision and good focus on how to stay current and competitive. The most criticial is SAP and its management's laser focus on the two most important and telling factors. Customer and Employee satisfaction. Without either, a company simply is not and will not be successful.

      Cons

      It is very demanding BUT . . . in order to be the best, you must be a TOP performer. If you are a person who takes great pride in your work, SAP is a great place to work. You will be rewarded for excellent performance and you will have the opportunity to work with some of the world's best professionals.

      Pros

      SAP has the best consultants in the world. They are the most knowledgeable and innovative I've ever worked with.

      Cons

      Upper management has become a good ole boys club. This was not always the case and I hope it will some day go back to a place where collaboration with employess at all levels is valued.
