      Above average salary, stocks award, allowances, phone with subscription, flexible spending allowance and reimbursement benefits and flexible schedule.

      Cons

      Fast paced environment, need to be adaptive. Org restructuring every year. Need to enable yourself from time to time to keep up with the changes. Not for those looking a stable org structure. Being part of a global team can be a challenge on schedule and multi cultural approach.
