Pros

- many advantages like, 5-6 hours of work on a daily basis. - Free food that is great - free transports to office - many outings to keep the work loads low. - good work life balance

Cons

- too many employees now. - the bonuses that were there in 2006 are not there any more. - too many people in the middle management level, due to which the promotions are low.
