Good work-life balance, remote work

Cons

After spending 10+ years here, my salary has just sinked below the half of the market average. Feels like instead of layoffs, SAP is bleeding out the employees: witht a cut bonus and low payment increases it simply let the people go away. No sign of any additions due the heavy inflation.
